How long does shipping take?
Handling time is 1 to 3 business days, with transit taking 5 to 8 business days after that. Larger items like hot tubs and saunas may ship via freight carrier, and we will provide tracking once your order is on the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Free Shipping on Most Orders Within the Continental U.S. (Excludes AK/HI). If your order ships to Alaska or Hawaii, our team will reach out with a freight quote before processing.
What is your return policy?

Can I exchange an item for a different model?
Yes. If you need a different size sauna or want to swap a cold plunge model, reach out within 30 days of delivery. We will coordinate the exchange and cover the details with you directly.
What is the difference between a traditional sauna and an infrared sauna?
Traditional saunas heat the air in the cabin, typically with an electric or wood-fired heater and stones. Infrared saunas use panels that warm your body more directly at a lower ambient temperature. Both work well; the choice comes down to the heat experience you prefer.
Do I need a 240V outlet for a hot tub or sauna?
Most full-size hot tubs and many traditional saunas require a dedicated 240V circuit. Some smaller infrared saunas run on a standard 120V outlet. Each product listing specifies the electrical requirements so you can plan ahead with an electrician.
